Doug says everyone wants to work with him now and the couple once again swear 16-year-old Courtney has had no plastic surgery. Get ready for the inevitable reality show!
Courtney Alexis Stodden and Doug Hutchison are hitting the interview circuit heavy, this time on a trip to E! News where they voice their disbelief that the world has a problem with the marriage of 51-year-old man and 16-year-old girl. Really guys?
Doug then admits that despite the universal befuddlement and, in some cases, rage, this marriage has been the best thing ever for him — even professionally. “What’s kind of blown my mind about how this has all gone so global and viral,” he explains, “is that I have had more opportunity now…I‘ve been courted by producers, directors, agents, record executives…publishers, because I write.” A writer AND child bride groom!? How versatile!
As for Courtney’s looks, the couple once again said rumors Courtney has fake lips, breasts, nose and cheeks are all false. “God was her only plastic surgeon,” Doug explained.
The rest of the interview was somewhat awkward, with Doug lamenting the fact that he was not a virgin before marrying Courtney and Courtney calling him a tiger, before he jokingly nuzzled her breast. Sweet!
