We’ve just learned that both properties in Brookville, NY are in Marc’s name — does that mean J.Lo better start packing?

Is Jenny movin’ down the block? J.Lo and Marc Anthony are splitting after seven years of marriage and this divorce will be anything but simple. HollywoodLife.com has obtained copies of both deeds of J.Lo and Marc’s adjacent homes in Brookville, Long Island New York — and they’re worth a combined $5.75 million!

We can tell you that both homes are in Marc’s name — actually his birth name: Marco Antonio Muniz. The first home was bought for $3.7 million in 2000 before he and Jennifer were married in 2004. Then four years later, Marc and Jennifer splurged and bought the 2.24-acre property next door for $2.05 million. That too is in Marc’s name.

The second home which is pictured above, is a five bedroom, 4 and a half bath Colonial. The homes share an estate gate and they reportedly expanded when they were pregnant with their twins Max and Emme.

“In order to access this house, you have to enter through the estate gates,” their relator said at the time of purchase. “I love the approach, and the long Belgian block-lined bluestone driveway.”

In 2008 Jennifer’s mom Guadalupe reportedly moved in to help care for the twins.
