First stop on Ashley’s trip was Cumming, Ga. to meet Constantine’s big Greek brood. After a trip to his restaurant Giorgio’s and a smaller gathering with his mom, dad and sister, Ashley is introduced to Constantine’s ENTIRE extended family, who kicked off their shoes and started dancing in the middle living room! Talk about my big fat greek wedding!
Next, Ashley went to Chadds Ford, Penn.,and met Ames’ family, which included his adorable nieces and nephews! Although Ames’ sister was skeptical of Ashley’s feelings for her brother, the family is truly taken with Ashley and they have a nice time. And Ames’ mom is so sweet!
Third on the list is Ben’s hometown of Sonoma, Calif. aka wine country! First, Ben, 28, takes Ashley on a tour of his winery and then he brings her home to meet his mom and sister. (Ashley is the second girl Ben has EVER brought home — scary!) Ben’s dad passed away a few years ago, so it was an emotional night at the Flajnik household, but it ended in happiness, considering Ben’s family saw how much he cares for Ashley.
And the final stop on the trip is Roslyn, NY, where Ashley visited with J.P.’s outgoing family. Before they stop by his house for dinner, J.P., 34, takes Ashley roller blading at a local rink — too cute! Then they met up with his mom, dad, and brother for some laughs, serious discussions and hugs (of course). Ashley is TOTALLY in love with this guy and his family — she even tells his mom she’s ‘smitten.’
SPOILER: Sadly, Ashley sent Ames home, but she still has three amazing men left as they jet off to Fiji!
But HollyMoms, who was your favorite family? If I have to decide, my choice would be Constantine’s crew — they just look like a blast! But I must say, this season’s family visits were some of the best ever!
