Another familiar face is returning for the show’s final season (albeit a terrifying, murderous face.)
Let’s be honest, guys: One Tree Hill‘s eighth season, while an enjoyable ride, was seriously lacking in bats**t crazy antics. Fortunately Paul Johansson will remedy that by reprising his role as Dan Scott for the show’s final season, premiering Jan. 2012! According to E! Online, Paul will be a series regular for season 11 — and I’m so excited, I could eat a heart!
Paul is the second former cast member to return full-time for season nine, following Tyler Hilton‘s announcement last week. Let’s celebrate this incredible news with a look at Dan’s most iconic scene to date. Enjoy:
