In a new interview, Demi reveals she’s taking a break from boys. Is Joe to blame for her decision?
Don’t expect to hear any Demi Lovato dating rumors anytime soon! During a July 12 interview, she told Ryan Seacrest, “I have a pact with my friends right now, literally no boys for X amount of days.” And while we’re glad that Demi, 18, is focusing on getting her career — and her life — back on track, we can’t help but wonder: Did her tumultuous relationship with Joe Jonas factor into her no-dating decision?
She did, after all, admit that Joe knew about her issues while they were dating. It’s possible she now feels like she can’t rely on a boyfriend, choosing to instead lean on her girlfriends for support.

I think Demi’s problems are NOT Joe Jonas’s fault. But I DO think that he COULD have been there for her, or, at least been a little more considerate towards her feelings, like the way he shoved his GF in everyone’s faces on the Tour.
He has a right to do whatever he wants. Everyone has a right, it’s what makes us people. But people should be considerate of other feelings, that’s what makes us sane.
I wasn’t even a part of the tour crew, and even I felt as though she was being shoved in my face.
I was in the crowd for many of the concerts and the performances where his GF was present, Joe and Demi gave eachother the cold shoulder on stage. When his GF WASN’T there, Joe and Demi would joke, act gangster, have competitive vocal “competitions”, and just have fun.
