Flynn’s first middle name Christopher is a tribute to an ex with the same name who was killed in a car crash when he and Miranda were teens!

Miranda Kerr always planned to name her first child after Christopher Middlebrook after he was tragically taken from her — and husband Orlando Bloom was happy to oblige!

“Chris and I had been dating for two years. After he died, I wrote him a letter that said I hoped to name my first child after him in some way,” Miranda tells Australia’s Daily Telegraph newspaper.”I told Orlando and he was the one who said he’d be happy to do that. Orlando’s a good guy.”

He really IS a good guy?

The six-month-old ‘s full name is Flynn Christopher Blanchard Copeland Bloom. Flynn was inspired by Orlando’s late grandma Evelyn; Blanchard is one of his middle names and Copeland is his mom’s maiden name.
