Casey will be a prime target for revenge attacks and death threats when she walks free on Sunday, July 17, but she’s refusing to alter her appearance when she goes into hiding.
Authorities will help Casey Anthony start a new life with a new identity when she’s released from jail, but they fear she doesn’t understand how much she’s hated!
‘There have been discussions about cosmetic surgery,” a source tells the Chicago Sun-Times. “But Casey has rejected that out of hand.”
“She really does not completely understand the depth of hatred out there.”
The 25-year-old WILL wear a disguise to slip out of Orlando’s Orange County Jail on July 17 — prison officials are even allowing her to use a secret exit so she can avoid the inevitable pack of protesters and paparazzi photographers.
She’ll then be whisked away to begin a new life.
But without cosmetic surgery, it’s feared she’ll be easily identified and risks a retaliation attack. And sources suspect Casey is oblivious to widespread belief she killed her two-year-old daughter Caylee in 2008 and has cheated justice.
The source adds, “She’s fully aware of the various death threats, of course, but she thinks that’s isolated to relatively few nutcases.”

I do not believe Casey killed her daughter. I do believe she knows more than she’s saying. Someone convinced her to hide her daughter’s death, probably for their own reasons. After she did that, she couldn’t talk about it without incriminating herself.
I do believe her grief drove her temporarily insane — and maybe she was a bit crazy before her daughter died.
I also believe people WANT to believe she killed her child and they WANT to hate her because the thought of children dying is so awful that people can’t cope with it. We need someone to blame and hate because it makes us feel safer.
None of the people hating her really know what happened. They believe what they want to believe.
