Michele Bachmann, a Republican presidential candidate, signed a pledge which condemns gay marriage, abortion, infidelity and pornography whilst also lashing out at single parents. ’The View’s’ Whoopi Goldberg voiced her disgrace on the matter, explaining how she’s “sick of it!”

Michele Bachmann has signed a Christian Conservative pledge that states African American children were more likely to grow up in stable families during the era of slavery than under President Barack Obama! This controversial link of slavery to family values was made by The Family Value, a group from the state of Iowa where Michele is joint Republican front runner.

The View‘s Whoopi Goldberg bit back at Michele’s sentiment, arguing they need to “stop pointing the finger at single parents!”

“Damit I’m sick of this crap!” she says. “You people need to get your act together!”

Many were also blogging their concern for Michele’s risky beliefs, saying given that families were broken up regularly for sales during slavery and that rape was also common by masters, that this could not be more offensive!

Whoopi argues that “If your worried about gay marriage then don’t marry the same sex, but you know, just back off.” She admits that, “If that’s how you feel, then that is how you feel” but thinks people need to “separate out what’s real and what’s BS!”
