Rapper Xzibit has taken to his Twitter to say Justin’s favorite activity of ‘planking’ is racist — is this a little harsh?
Justin Bieber has some pretty large accusations against him and we’re shocked! “Planking” is where people take photographs of themselves lying down on their stomach in odd places. Many celebrities like Ellen Degeneres, Rosario Dawson, Ellen Page and Katy Perry have been spotted doing it, but now rapper Xzibit is calling the viral game racist! Justin, 17, has a history of planking — is he being singled out for having fun?
“Planking is THE dumbest s–t ever,” Xzibit wrote in two tweets on July 6. “#Planking was a way to transport slaves on ships during the slave trade, its not funny. Educate.”
We totally believe that Xzibit should be able to express his opinions but we definitely don’t think Justin is racist — do you?

my comment was not about justin b. being a misbehaved racist, but about rapper “Xzibit” needing so badly to be noticed. and attempting to be recognized for something that has nothing to do with racism nor bad behavior. bieber dude’s on a bench seat of a boat, not a busy city street or planking between 2 suv’s while in motion.
keith richards and iggy pop called. they want their planking back.( & btw, i love the rolling stones AND the stooges.) giving credit where credit is due.

Just so you know taking part in something that stands for homosexuality is not nearly as big as taking part in something that stands for slavery. The only argument is that the kids don’t know the history behind it and are trying to have fun. Im a 15 year old girl and I know there’s a big diffrence.

Well I Dont Care For Justin Bieber … But To Say That He Was Being Racist Is Stupid And Dumb. Why Only Yell At Justin Bieber For Doing This. Every Other Celebrity Has Done This And You Yell At One Person For Doing This. So You Should Just Call Everyone Else Racist Tooo. RIGHT. I Think Hes Doing This Because He Has Nothing Better To Do With Himself And Hes Just Looking To Be Back In The Headlines Again. FAME Humper. Its Not Racist. GET OVER IT!!!!

How can justin be a racist if his mentor is black, he’s making music is produced by black people, he’s signed to a black label, he listens to black music, in “somebody to love”, there was a variety of ethnicities, he was on a show with a host of Latin blood more than one time and and he’s dating a Latin girl??? He must be pretty damn racist then.- (Sarcasim)

I don’t think Justin Bieber really knows about this. He does do some seemingly racist things though, so who knows maybe his tour manager or something.
1. This planking thing (maybe)
2. ‘Beers in the jungle’ in South Africa (there are no jungles there, the impression though is that it’s ‘wild and untamed’ there like a jungle…
3. Belittling Anne Frank, who is more important and famous than he’ll ever be.
All of these things could be said to be insensitive to Africans and to Jewish people.
These things might all be coincidence of course, but if you’re asking the question…
