Will and Jada Pinkett Smith’s son enters his teenage years today! Wow, time flies!

We first saw Jaden Smith as a young boy alongside daddy in The Pursuit of Happyness. He then starred in two modern remakes, The Day The Earth Stood Still and The Karate Kid, which earned him a $3 million paycheck! 

In 2007 Jaden won Best Breakthrough Performance at  the MTV Movie Awards. He also presented the awards for Best Animated Short and the Best Live Action Short at the 79th Academy Awards.

“I tell them, ‘Every time you go out into the world, you are leaving an impression of yourself and this family with other people,” mommy Jada once said about parenting,  ”What impression do you want to leave? Do you want people to think you are spoiled [rotten]?’”
