The pull of Justin Bieber‘s hair has been no secret — with his locks even being auctioned off on Ebay for charity — but now that he has changed styles from his siganture hair ‘do to this new spikier look, can he compete with vampire queen Evan Rachel Wood?I think it takes a lot of confidence for a woman to chop all of her hair off, so I have to give Evan some serious props. She goes for a straight-up punk look with this mohawk-inspired ‘do, while Justin’s hair has a less severe spike to it.
