Prince William and Kate Middleton's Romantic Canadian Boat Ride — They Sail Away For Hours!

Sun, July 3, 2011 10:57am EDT by Add first Comment

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge spend time away from pomp and circumstance — and the photographers!

Prince William and Kate Middleton kept busy during the July 1 leg of their Canadian Tour — and we’re now learning that the pair stole away some private time on a long, leisurely boat ride in scenic Canada!

Will and Kate, both 29, ditched the paparazzi and crowds to head to a secluded log cabin at Harrington Lake in Quebec’s Gatineau National Park, the Daily Mail reports.

The house is a frequent stop for Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper, and the couple holed up in there for four hours before resuming the formalities of their stay.

What do you think, HollywoodLifers — were Will and Kate overwhelmed by the trip or did they just want some time for romance?
