The Scottish star let the baby news slip during an interview for his new film ‘Beginners.’ Whoops!
So much for keeping the big news under wraps! Ewan McGregor and his wife Eve Mavrakis have reportedly adopted a baby girl. Although there’s been no official announcement, the actor let it slip during an interview while he was talking about juggling his family life and his career. Hey, he kept it secret for almost four months!
“My wife and four girls – 15, two nine-year-olds and a baby of four months – often come with me if it’s a holiday or my locations and their schedules allow….” Ewan replied during an interview earlier this month when asked about how he balances parenthood and super stardom. “Sometimes we uproot them and put them in another school.”
Ewan and Eve have three daughters, Clara, 15, Esther, 9, and Jamiyan, also 9, who was adopted from Mongolia 5 years ago, and now, baby makes four!
Not much else is known about the McGregors’ new addition, but we will keep you posted! Congrats, Ewan and Eve!
