The ‘Clueless’ star admits she started planning for baby number two ‘pretty much right when Bear was born!’ She’s smitten!
Alicia Silverstone has been dreaming of being a mom ever “since she was 2 years old,” and now her childhood wish has come true! Alicia, 34, and her musician hubby Christopher Jarecki welcomed their little cub, Bear Blu on May 5 and now’s your chance to get a first peek!
Alicia’s boy, who she says is “part squirrel, part monkey and part peanut,” has captivated her and Chris — she didn’t leave her house until six weeks after his birth!
“I wanted to soak in every moment of his scrumptiousness,” she tells Us Weekly. “He had crazy amounts of hair when he came out,” she says, “And he’s got such a cute smile.”
The Vamps actress adds that her new man has made her old man look just as scrumptious! “He’s great at changing him and giving baths, and he massages him a lot,” she explains of Chris, 40. “I thought that man was handsome before, but it’s so unbelievably sexy to watch him hold our baby.”
As for Bear’s unique name, Alicia says Chris’ mother thought of it! “We had narrowed our list to five boy names, and then we couldn’t really decide. She suggested Bear or Blu, and I loved them both,” Alicia says, adding that people find the moniker “super cute.” So do we! Congrats Alicia!
