‘Mob Wives’ star Renee Graziano went under the knife on Monday, undergoing five hours of plastic surgery from top to bottom—literally!

Renee Graziano described the procedure as a “full-body lift,” which included a butt lift and tummy tuck, according to TMZ.

Renee “was a little nervous…but gave it a lot of thought, and ultimately decided to take the plunge,” the website reports.

Renee says she underwent the painful procedure because she’s gained weight since season one. She’s also quick to add that she wasn’t encouraged by the show’s producers to undergo the procedure—which takes ten days to recover from—nor did they pay for it.
