Rob Pattinson Loves Hanging Out At The Crooked Star 'With A Group Of Guys,' Says Toronto Local!

An eyewitness tells HollywoodLife.com Robert Pattinson loves hanging out at The Crooked Star in Toronto — but he’s never there with any girls!

We like hearing about Robert Pattinson being so well-behaved while he’s shooting Cosmopolis in Toronto, Ontario! HollywoodLife.com spoke with a source at one of Rob’s favorite hangouts, The Crooked Star, who said the 25-year-old actor is reserved, private and friendly!

“Rob comes in here sometimes with a group of guys, who are all different ages,” our insider says. “I think they are his crew members.”

The source adds, “He’s really quiet and no one bugs him or his group at all. Usually he just has a few beers, but he never gets wasted. Whenever I see him, he’s always laughing and having a good time. It seems like he comes here to unwind.”

With a capacity of only 33 people inside and 13 people on the porch, the intimate Crooked Star sounds right up the low-key Twilight star‘s alley. The bar boasts “Tex-Mex” and Crock Pot specials for food, several beers on tap and its signature cocktails.

i agree with rob & kristin, that no matter what they say or do, people will always choose what they believe, even if they walk up and invite them to their wedding…the chosen truth will always be the on-lookers variable, but not the truth itself, okay?
it’s hard enough for any couple to keep it together and to stay together in a healthy way, and i mean–any couple! they’ve found their own way to manage this, so..for those of us that love them and wish them the best, let’s stay firmly as their video support team, and not a part of the problem as are those determined to over-react and skew every bit of twisted and slanted media driven garbage as if it were the real meal-deal and not the garbage it really is………hopefully, there will be fewer that expressly go wallowing in the media-mire specifically designed just to get that reaction!

they’re in love, have everything going right, career wise, and they’ve both quit smoking–even amidst all their career demands and the stress that comes with it. i am happy for their love and happy for their success..

I am so sick of hearing all this crap about Rob’s cheating. Other than the one pic where caitlin cronenberg is taking a pic of Rob & Sarah in the car, I haven’t seen one of them together. Going out to pubs and listening to music is a very normal activity for someone in England as well as here, and it sure beats staying in a hotel room. Does the term decompress mean anything. I swear I love your big eyed (only with guys, wink wink) must be gay or trying to hide that he is cheating. How about he love’s a girl and is trying to be respectful.

Now regarding kristen’s behavior. I have had a problem from the get go. First mustn’t show any affection. Must jerk Rob around at everychance. She has said jump from the very beginning and he has said how high. That seems to be how she likes it. From what I have seen, other than Twilight; she really seems to have a real talent for taking her clothes off and little else. Maybe that’s why Garrett is sniffing around her; but someone better warn him she is getting ready to do another movie so his time is probly numbered. Watch out Chris and Co, there is a man eater on the prowl!

If that is harsh or unjustified I am sorry. Rob has always looked like he would love to shout about his feelings from the rooftops.(and lets face it most girls would love to have someone feel that way) It has been painful watching this play out.

To both of them: I hope you can work this out, away from our prying eyes. Cherish eachother and most of all respect one another.

All this talk about where Rob is seen and with whom, and where Kristen is seen and with whom. Where was it EVER engraved in stone that the two of them are engaged or even have an understanding? They are both free to do as they choose as there has been no legit announcement from either one of them that they are “a couple”.

Desperate Kristen crew trying to take the focus off Kristen’s actions. Rob is filming a movie and he hangs out with his coworkers while there. Kristen is not filming with Garrett, not doing promo for On The Road or anything of the sort and yet is hanging all over Garrett Hedlund-a single male who has always wanted more with her. RED FLAG. Who is more questionable? You don’t want to go there. Taylor Lautner’s her friend but you don’t see he hanging with him like you do Garrett. And Kristen and Garrett spent much time by THEMSELVES during filming which raises more questions as they didn’t bring the coworkers around with them. Kristen is a cheater if she has not ended it. She was not wearing her ring and hasn’t been seen with Rob in a month and it’s fair for people to move on, but if she continues the games with Rob you have your answer for what she is.

Rob is just showing his true colors. Another five years and he will be a has been. Bunny, you may want to researh your info since it is 100% inaccurate. Kristen was recommended to Catherine by Emilie Hirsh whom Kristen co-starred with in Into The Wild. Kristen did a test with a few other actors. Her and Rob had such good chemistry that Kristen told Catherine Rob had to be Edward. In many magazine articles Catherine verifies that. When it was announced Rob would play the part of Edward there was petitions from fans of the books NOT to cast him.

Nice to see a story about how Rob isn’t doing anything wrong. He’s hard at work and can’t leave Toronto so it’s good that he has some place to unwind. Too bad Kristen has time to fly around the world to present awards to Garrett Hedlund but she doesn’t have any time in the past 6 weeks to spend a weekend in Toronto.

She’s been in London and L.A. but not Canada. Sounds like they’ve split up, which is fine, and now you can quit sticking their names in stories that aren’t about both of them. They were never engaged, they just made 5 movies together.

hate to break it to you kristen has been in canada they have been tweet of her there by multiple people and she sent rob birthday with him in fact she the one who bought bear to rob in to and if you knew anything at all the reason kristen was in London for was not because she gave garret an award anybody could have gave it to him she doing pre production for Snow white and the Hunstman and i guess you did not watch the mtv movies that was about three weeks that show rob and kristen after the show leaving holding hands and they are pics of the two going to the after party together so i really hate to break this to you did not break up another thing both rob and kristen are working they are not going to be together all the time being an actor does not mean just showing up on set a filming there is a whole lot more than you know there pre production costume fittings meetings all kinds of stuff ok but trust me when i tell you this kristen has been in to she was there before rob start to filma and has been back since kristen just has knack for getting in and at of places without being seen

And you well know Kristen hasn’t been in Toronto since when Rob first arrived. She did have preproduction for Snow White but then was back for MTV. After MTV she flew straight to London to present an award to Garrett Hedlund who she described as “definitely the man” and they were hanging all over each other at the Glamour event, she was quite smiley clingy and happy. She didn’t have any Snow White business then. They had the night out at a club where they dragged Tom Sturridge. Didn’t want to give the hookup attraction away. Did they stay at the same hotel, fly back together for the Roxy sighting where an employee gave them away in VIP. Now back to LA for the premiere where Garrett made himself available and Kristen looked quite ready and happy in the prescence. She didn’t have her ring on so she’s ended it or didn’t want it on her conscience when she f’ed Hedlund later on.
