The Soap star, who already has a 9-year-old son Kassius with ex Brian Austin Green, is expecting her first baby with husband Carmine!

Congratulations go out to Vanessa Marcil and her husband, CSI:NY star Carmine Giovinazzo! The actress announced that she’s pregnant with her second child –and couldn’t be more thrilled. Great news!

The General Hospital star, 42, took to her Twitter to announce the happy news: “keep your ideas coming moms…pitched some to the kings of baby products today and ur ideas R exciting to the big shots! im pregnant btw.”

Vanessa and Carmine, 37, married in July 2010 and have been eager to start a family, especially because Vanessa is already in her 40s. “She’s loves Carmine and the two have talked about having a baby for some time now,” a General Hospital insider told HollyBaby.com in December.

Vanessa has a 9-year-old son Kassius with former Beverly Hills, 90210 star and Megan Fox‘s hubby, Brian Austin Green, who she was with from 1999 to 2003.

We’re so happy for Vanessa and Carmine and ca’t wait to hear more about the pregnancy!
