William and Kate will be making a public outing while on their trip to LA, and it looks like eager Americans can actually join the pair for an afternoon of Polo!
Prince William and Kate Middleton won’t be spending all their time at private parties when they come to LA this summer, in fact they’ll be attending a very public event! The newlyweds are set to attend the Foundation Polo Challenge at the Santa Barbara Polo & Racquet Club on July 9, but there’s a catch. It will cost you $4,000 — and that doesn’t include the fancy outfit you’ll have to buy before.
The $4,000 ticket allows access to the VIP section, where the royals will be sitting, a lunch hosted by celebrity chef Giada De Laurentis, a “commemorative souvenir program” and more!
But if you don’t have thousands saved, there is a way to cheat the system. For $400 you can gain access to the Santa Barbara Polo Club and sit in a reserved bleacher seat to attend the event. And, if you’re lucky enough, catch a glimpse of the royal couple!
