Is Miley finally admitting her on-stage outfits are too racy? If so, we applaud her!

In a new interview with Australian radio station 2DayFM, Miley admitted she’s nervous about Liam Hemsworth‘s parents attending her June 23 concert in Melbourne, Australia. “I’m going to be right in front of them in my ‘Can’t Be Tamed’ outfit,” she said. “Oh my God!”

If you’re a regular HollywoodLife.com reader, you already know we haven’t been particularly thrilled with Miley’s racy wardrobe choices lately, and it sounds like she might finally be seeing things our way!

Omg…of course she knows that her outfits are racy!! Why else would she say that? And also i just want to say that how is it anyone else’s business what she wears or does? It’s HER life, not yours, when will you understand that? She’s a fairly good girl, that’s getting married, has many rescued dogs, and loves her family, and lives life the fullest. What’s wrong with that?

she’s an adult, she is covered more in that outfit, than any woman in a bikini. Seriously, you say mileys parents have no control over their kid – well maybe parents shouldn’t expose their “young girls” to miley cyrus. ;)

also – why does this site seem like its all about “MILEY CYRUS RACY OUTFIT” i think this is the 7th article i’ve seen about it.

That is too much. You have to keep in mind that, a lot of her fans are young girls. She’s only 18. Her parents obviously have no control of their kid. If she was older and had an older fan base, this would be fine.

miley finally admitted that she’s a slut lmao.miley does drugs,smokes cigarettes,pole dances,dry humps an old man,takes naked pics,shes racist and she did all that when she was 15 yrs old.annoy ppl still defend her.Selena is a better person than miley will ever be.Selena doesn’t dress slutty because she actually has self respect unlike miley.so you can say anything you want about Selena because miley will always be worse.

just about EVERY star out there is dressing provacatively. and when they’re like still in their teens! what is that all about! attention seeking, lady gaga wannabes. jeez, have some self respect miley. im pretty disgusted at this tbh. and people dont criticise gaga and beyonce etc, for wearing clothes like that because they are alot older than miley! she’s 18?! go get on a pole.

So sick and tired of this damn site going against Miley! It really is starting to get old! Every little thing she does, this has to make it look bad. The girl’s growing up and Liam’s parents LOVE her! The clothes she wears is just her onstage image, not in real life. Like the pole dancing thing, she wasn’t even dancing on it. She was holding onto it so she wouldn’t fall and break her arm just like lindsay said in the comments below. Go pick on someone else instead of her!

I totally get that she’s older and she wants to do her own thing. I’m not a whore but I sure do like “dressing like one” sometimes. Clothes don’t make a person. Sure, sometimes she could tone it down a bit, like eg. the gartered-stockings are a bit much but like i said judging someone without actually knowing them is not something good. Her outfits are tad out there but us talking about it isn’t helping any problems. The world continues to spin. Get over it.

I LOVE how you CONSTANTLY misquote Miley!! She said she was nervous performing in front of ANYONE shes close to because its WEIRD!! Liam’s family LOVES her and that has been said more than once.

Shes having a nice time in Australia and wowing crowds but you guys don’t talk about that stuff.

The only reason why Hollywood life thinks her outfits are ‘too racy’ is because it’s MILEY CYRUS wearing them. Stars like Lady Gaga, Rihana, Britney Spears, Beyonce, and Katy Perry wear outfits like this all the time and the people on this site never criticize THEM for it. As a matter of fact, these same people just complimented Beyonce on her topless album photo a few days ago. These people just don’t want Miley to be sexual. It’s repressive and a double standard.

well said! and i totally agree with you. miley is GROWING UP! she wants to break out of that hannah montana image (and who can blame her) shes at that age where she wants to feel sexy! miley gets critisized for EVERYTHING, i honestly feel bad for her. every liitle thing she does is sscutinized, like her “supposed” pole-dancing at an awards show when it was CLEAR that she was simply holding on to an pole on an ice-cream cart. she cant be a little disney forever!

I agree with Robyn. Miley’s fans are mostly little girls who look up to her. It’s not really appropriate for her to be dressed like a prostitute in front of 9 year old girls. Katy, Lady Gaga, and Beyonce aren’t exactly role models either, but they’re older, and so are their fans.
