Lindsay Lohan reportedly tested positive for alcohol and has been ordered to appear in front of the judge June 23. Does this mean she’ll go back to jail?
Seriously, Lindsay Lohan? Just when we started to believe she might have actually started to recover, RadarOnline reports the 24-year-old actress has tested positive for alcohol while under house arrest and is expected to appear in front of Judge Stephanie Sautner in court June 23 for a probation violation hearing.
“Lindsay tested positive for alcohol. The judge in her DUI case, Judge Elden Fox said she couldn’t consume any alcohol while on probation. The probation department has prepared a report, and Lindsay will be in court tomorrow,” a source close to the case reportedly said.
Things aren’t looking too positive for Lindsay, as the company who monitors her bracelet is apparently mad about the alcohol in her system and is threatening to stop working with her.
“They don’t want to continue to monitor since they have been notified that Lindsay violated terms of her probation. The drinking occurred while Lindsay was under house arrest,” the source said.
