Cops say Ryan was very intoxicated when he he crashed his Porsche and it burst into flames.
Ryan, who was 34 at the time of his death, had a blood alcohol content of .196, which is more than twice the legal limit of .08 in Pennsylvania, the Daily Local News reports.
West Goshen Police Chief Michael Carroll confirmed the reports and said, “No other substances were found in his blood other than the alcohol.”
Hopefully Ryan’s fans learn you should never get behind the wheel of a car if you are drunk!
