As suspectedJackass star Ryan Dunn was very drunk when he smashed his car on June 20, killing him and his passenger Zachary Hartwell.

Ryan, who was 34 at the time of his death, had a blood alcohol content of .196, which is more than twice the legal limit of .08 in Pennsylvania, the Daily Local News reports.

Candle in the Wind (Ryan Dunn’s version)

Goodbye Ryan Dunn
Though I never knew you at all
You had the grace to hold yourself…

And it seems to me you lived your life
Like a candle in the wind
Never knowing who to cling to
When the rain set in
And I would have liked to know you
But I was just a kid
Your candle burned out long before
Your legend ever did…

I wish that Elton John would continue doing a Candle In The Wind tribute for every celebrity who died.

LOL

Sad, but the following comments are true. Some of these kids and I say kids, my oldest is going to be 30, they will always be my kids, no matter how old they are, think they’re invincible. Liquor, Porche, speed, wipe-out, two talented young people, gone forever. Poor families.

Ebert was right on the nose. I hope everybody who could have taken his keys and called him a cab feels guilty. He would not have been dead today if someone at that bar had just said, “Let me drive you guys home and I’ll bring you back to get your car tomorrow.” He and Hartwell would still be alive today if someone just had been a truly good Samaritan.

I feel sad for his family and friends, but its his own fault. His death was 100% preventable. All he had to do was not drive. Thats it. Call a cab, people. Its that freaking simple.
