Find out how ‘Bachelorette’ Ashley Hebert got her body back to be in shape for her upcoming vows!
Ashley Hebert turned to food to cope with the stress of being on The Bachelor and the uncertainty of her feelings for Brad Womack. Before she realized the toll her comfort eating was taking on her figure, the five foot two Bachelorette packed on 10 pounds to her tiny figure. In the issue of Life & Style Magazine that hits stands nationwide Friday, Ashley reveals how she changed her diet and exercise to lose the weight in perfect time for her alleged wedding to her mystery fiance.
“I don’t drink as much, and I don’t eat as many desserts as last time,” Ashley said about her changed eating habits on The Bachelorette. “Now it’s fruits, vegetables, salads and chicken — staying healthy.”
In addition to a healthy diet, Ashley got active to get her body back in fighting shape. The tiny reality starlet turned to physical activity she enjoyed and ended up shaking off the pounds in no time.
“I teach dance classes — jazz and hip-hop — so I get a good mix of exercise types,” revealed Ashley.
When Ashley wasn’t dancing she was taking a “bodypump” class which combined aerobics and weight lift resulting in a work out that burned six hundred calories an hour! Now she has a body so smoking even Bentley would be impressed!
“It’s a new, enlightened me. I’m happy. I’m in such a great place right now!” said Ashley.
