Bruce Springsteen Saxophonist Clarence Clemons Passes Away — So Sad.

His great playing was featured on countless classic songs — and even had a new resurgence on some Lady Gaga hits.

Saxophone titan Clarence Clemons has passed away at the age of 69.

The legend succumbed to complications resulting from a stroke he suffered on June 12, TMZ reports.

The famous member of Bruce Springsteen‘s E Street Band soloed on many of the group’s biggest hits, including “Born To Run,” “Thunder Road” and “Dancing In The Dark.” He recently found a different audience playing on two Lady Gaga singles, “Hair” and “The Edge Of Glory.”
