Whitney is known for her California-girl blonde locks, almost always worn wavy and down, so this is quite a change!

Whitney Port goes from  light blonde to strawberry blonde, bordering on red. Blake Lively really started a trend! Do YOU like her richly-colored strands?

Teen Mom Maci Bookout is a classic strawberry blonde and Blake’s colorist, Rona O’Connor, told us all about her transformation to strawberry. Whitney tweeted from the salon, saying, “Changed my hair color again… http://bit.ly/kWzjaU What do you guys think??”

Whitney then commented on the color itself, saying, “My colorist Johnny Ramirez and I have been having a lot of fun with my hair lately experimenting with different shades of red. A few months ago, we went with a bright red which then gradually washed out to a strawberry blonde, and now I’ve gone sun kissed apricot!”

HollywoodLifers, what do you think of all these celebs going strawberry blonde?

I find it hard to care about someone’s new dye job. I miss The City, though.
