The First Lady will appear on the show to promote Joining Forces, a campaign to increase awareness and support for military families.
According to The Associated Press, Michelle Obama comes to talk to Carly and her friends after they video chat with Carly’s dad, a colonel serving overseas in the military, on her birthday. The episode will air sometime in January.
Nickelodeon network president Cyma Zarghami said, “The First Lady discovers it and comes to have a chat with them in the most positive way possible.”
Nickelodeon confirmed Sasha and Malia are both fans of the show which stars Miranda Cosgrove. They must be so excited!
