Charice Pempengco Finishes Shooting

Our favorite singer-turned-actress, Charice Pempengco, tweeted June 6 she wrapped shooting her role in ‘Here Comes the Boom!’ Are YOU excited to see it?

We cannot wait to see the gem who is Charice Pempengco in her first ever movie role in the film, Here Comes the Boom — and we’re one step closer to that happening! The 19-year-old Filipino artist tweeted she wrapped her role as the character, Malia, June 6.

“Done with the movie!!! It was nice working with everybody! Kevin James, Salma Hayek, Henry Winkler, everybody! Now it’s party time. :]” Charice wrote on Twitter.

Here Comes the Boom centers around a high school music teacher (Kevin James) who’s forced to moonlight as an MMA fighter in order to raise money for his music group. Charice recently told HollywoodLife.com her character is “a musical genius. She plays piano, sings and everything.”

The response survey shows there’s a 95-plus yes, they will see the movie, and a 2.01% no. I don’t know how many the no answer is, probably one or two people, but I will pay for these two to go, in a stretched limo going around Hollywood, with white wines served inside and Cha’s movie showing.
