Reese Witherspoon ranted about nude cell phone photos in her hilarious MTV Movie Awards speech June 5 — and it seemed like an obvious knock to Blake Lively!

Blake Lively‘s alleged nude cell phone photos didn’t only hurt HER reputation. Thanks to her fake tattoos, we know the scandalous pics were taken during her The Town shoot, which was the same time she was rumored to be hooking up with her director, Ben Affleck. Coincidentally, Ben’s wife, Jennifer Garner, is BFFs with Reese Witherspoon, who launched a timely, full-throttle attack against chicks who take naked photos of themselves to get ahead in Hollywood during her acceptance speech at the MTV Movie Awards June 5. What a great friend!

“I just want to say to all the girls out there, I know it’s cool to be bad. I get it. Alright, it’s cool to be bad. But it’s also possible to make it in Hollywood without a reality show,” Reese said as she accepted the MTV Generation Award. “When I came up in this business, if you made a sex tape, you were embarrassed and you hid it under your bed. Like — if you took naked pictures with your cell phone, you’d hide your face. Hide your face people. Hide your face. It’s totally possible.”

I think it’s pretty darn obvious to whom Reese, 35, was referring — but her rep says differently, telling US Weekly, “Reese was absolutely not referencing Blake Lively.”

Come on! Saying Reese wasn’t talking about Blake is kind of like Blake’s rep swearing it wasn’t Blake in the first leaked nude pics, right?

Think about it. When has Reese said or done anything that wasn’t 100% calculated? She’s not one to just run off at the mouth during a speech. She always maintains control — especially in front of the cameras. She knew she had millions of peoples’ attention at that very moment and stood up for her friend.Even if they were just rumors, it had to hurt Jen to hear them, right?

Watch Reese’s pointed (and hilarious) acceptance speech below and tell me if YOU think she was standing up for her friend!

I think it is awesome that Reese is setting an example for young girls. Her statement is simply that girls don’t need to oversexualize themselves to gain attention in hollywood. There are too many girls and young women who have lost their dignity today. In the end, those with no dignity for themselves won’t last long in hollywood.

I don’t think she was calling anyone out. I think she was just trying to get the general message out there that you don’t have to be a whore to be famous. There are so many ‘stars’ who’ve had nude pics on thier phone, it’s ridiculous to say she’s targeting Blake!

I believe they are her, and still her fan! I love her tons and always will support her. I think Reese was ridiculous and disrespectful if anything in what she said. She is supposed to be a great ‘Hollywood actress’ as she says yet pulls a not so funny route of tearing at someone else. Whatever. Blake doesn’t need that, Blake is beautiful and talented and doesn’t have to take pictures of herself ‘to be cool’. She was cool without them, and she will always be cool with them to me now! :]
