Twins Moroccan and Monroe are only a month old, but daddy Nick Cannon insists they’re ALREADY developing personalities of their own!

Nick claims baby boy Moroccan is “chill and laid back” like him — and little Monroe is already a “diva” like Mariah!

“It’s crazy because you can see like my son is definitely more like me. He’s like chill, laid back,” Nick Cannon tells PerezHilton.com. “My daughter is, that’s her mother’s child. Like she is like a diva. When she wants something, she’s instantly crying letting you know … she’s going to be a little handful.”

Wow, Nick, sounds like you’re going to be busy keeping both the ladies in your life happy!

The new daddy admits he’s so smitten with the twins, he can barely drag himself away from them, adding, “It’s hard to leave the house honestly. I mean, as much as I love what I do and the hustle when I get home and I get home and I see those two little faces looking up at me that look like my face, it’s like, it’s unbelievable. It kind of gives you a whole new inspiration and whole new reason to kind of get out there and do it everyday.”
