Justin Bieber is now in Selena Gomez‘s hometown of Grand Prairie, Tex., but with Selena co-hosting the MuchMusic Awards June 9 in Toronto, just 90 miles east of Justin’s hometown of Stratford, it’s very possible that the tables will turn and she’ll join him at his homestead!
While sources tell HollywoodLife.com that Justin isn’t confirmed to attend the annual awards show, Justin is nominated in two categories: International Video of the Year and the fan-based category of UR Fave Artist so he might show up!
And Justin probably wants to cheer on his sweetheart, too, who aside from co-hosting, is also nominated in the International Video of the Year and the fan-based UR Fave International Video.
But if Justin doesn’t make it to Toronto this time, no worries: Selena will return to the city for her North American summer tour on Aug. 23, plus she’s expected to do other publicity for her new album in Canada so they’ll have another shot then!
Get ready, Stratford, your version of the Royal Couple is about to make their debut!

Stratford, Ontario, Canada should be nicknamed the Tupelo of the North. Tupelo in Mississippi is the place where Elvis Presley grew up.
Britney Spears has Kentwood, Louisiana (she comes to her place every holiday season), Miley Cyrus has Franklin, Tennessee, the late Judy Garland has Grand Rapids, Minnesota (not to be confused the one in Michigan), Michael Jackson has Gary, Indiana, Taylor Swift has Wyomissing, Pennsylvania, Rihanna, St. Michael, Barbados, so many to mention. We should have the Travel Channel cast and crew to visit these celebrity birthplaces/hometowns.
