‘Teen Mom’s’ Gary Shirley was taken to an Indiana jail this morning after being caught driving with a suspended license. The cop approached the car after hearing him and Amber yelling at each other. Where was Leah?
Teen Mom couple Gary Shirley and Amber Portwood may have just gotten back together but their volatile relationship and anger management issues are still causing legal drama. This morning Gary was arrested in Alexandria, Indiana early this morning when he was caught driving with a suspended license at 1:34 AM. The reason he drew attention to himself? He was fighting loudly with Amber in the car!
A policeman approached a silver Dodge parked by the police station after hearing Gary and Amber screaming at each other in the car. When he ran Gary’s license it came back suspended and he used “two sets of handcuffs due to his size” to arrest Gary and bring him to a jail.
Gary has since been released on a $3,000 bond and his lawyer Jeff Lockwood tells TMZ, “I am not concerned about him being sentenced to a jail term. It’s a traffic violation and Gary doesn’t have a previous criminal history. We hope we can resolve the license issue so this won’t happen again.”
Poor baby Leah! It seems like her parents will never stop fighting, even for her sake! There’s no word yet on where Leah was when this incident occurred.
