Beyoncé wins huge award and stuns with both her epic performance and slimmer figure!
There’s no doubt Beyoncé rocked when she performed at the 2011 Billboard Music Awards, which took place on May 22 in Las Vegas. But even more shocking than her out-there rendition of “Run the World (Girls)” was how amazing she looked!
Beyoncé, 29, looks like she has been hitting the gym hard — she’s so fit! And even though she still has her phenomenal, womanly curves, she’s more in shape than ever. Seriously — look at those legs!
How did she get her stunning body? In addition to a very strict diet, Beyoncé also has a regimented fitness routine, and her trainer Marco Borges revealed the secrets to FitSugar.
“The concept is that you work several muscle groups at once, doing exercises like reverse lunge presses, dumbbell front squats, and jumping lunges. Borges revealed that to get Beyoncé in shape for her summer tour, the singer did ‘interval training — 45 minutes of alternating between sprinting and running on the treadmill, followed by body-resistance work.’ During the tour, Beyoncé did yoga and Pilates for an hour on show days and body-resistance exercises on days when she’s not performing.”
