Pippa Middleton's Diet Secret Revealed — How She Stays So Thin!

Forget the Atkins diet — the world is moving on to the Dukan diet, a three-stage protein program! Does this really work? We found out all the details!

Are you loving Pippa Middleton‘s fabulous butt? We can’t get enough of it! There’s a new diet called the Dukan Diet by Dr. Pierre Dukan that has a stead-fast way to make you lose weight! Can you believe it?

Pippa, 27, tells the DailyMail that ‘no carbs’ is her mantra. She is fiercely committed to a carb-free diet and a rigorous pilates routine. We’re told that her idea of a hearty meal  is a few salad leaves washed down with green tea — that doesn’t sound very appetizing!

Pippa and her mom Carole are reportedly on the Dukan Diet, a personalized weight-loss program that helps you re-design your eating habits so you never gain weight again. Sounds a little too good to be true!

Since its introduction in France in 2000, the Dukan Diet has been the number one diet in the country. Now it’s hitting the USA and we’re itching to find out more about this mysteriously fantastic program!

The Dukan Diet aims at targeting your ‘Real Weight’ — a realistic goal that you can achieve and maintain for the rest of your life. It’s not about losing weight super fast, it’s about losing weight and staying that way rather than fluctuating between dramatic diet programs.

The best thing about this diet is the fact that it is different with every individual. We can’t all be amazing athletes with high metabolisms. This is more of a guide for everyone to follow in his or her own way. It comes in 4 phases:

1. Attack

This is probably the hardest phase, but with hard work comes great results! Eat pure protein products to kick-start your diet.

During this phase, you can eat 72 high-protein foods enabling immediate and noticeable weight loss.

2. Cruise

This phase brings you to your ‘True Weight.’ You’ll gradually lose weight by alternative pure protein days with protein and vegetable days.

The average length of this phase is based on a schedule of 3 days for each pound you want to lose.

3. Consolidation

After you lose a lot of weight, your body tends to want to gain it all back. This phase helps prevent that rebound by returning the foods you used to indulge in with a few ‘celebration’ meals a week.

This phase follows a strict timeline – 5 days per every pound lost in Cruise Phase.

4. Permanent Stabilization

Keep this new weight by following these three rules:

  1. Consume 3 Tablespoons of oat bran per day.
  2. Choose to take the stairs whenever possible.
  3. Have a pure-protein Thursday, i.e. Attack Phase menu.

Well I think both Pippa and her sister look lovely, they could cope with a few pounds added to make them look pretty, but that will come, they are just probably stressed from before, during and after the wedding!
A few green eyed monsters there I think!

Pippa Middleton (and her butt) is the biggest non-story of 2011 – cooked up by the media to generate content. She and her sister look like the BBQ’d neighbour in ‘There’s Something About Mary’ – skeletal and BURNT. They both also look about 15 years older than their true ages. SCARY~~~

i am sorry but pippa looks completely emaciated. if that is what people are striving for it is a sad goal. go eat some bread and add ten pounds and lay off the tanning. these girls looks nasty. sorry, but you do.

Too bad about her ugly, overly tanned OLD looking face, and her freakishly laughable sagging tits. Before the wedding, she was known for being pathetically ugly.

Enough about this nobody. Pippa is just as useless as her boring, dull, social-climbing twit of a sister, Kate Middleton.

This is another unrealistic diet. Who can eat all that protein with any carbs? I have seen friends on these diets before and they have all failed. Exercise and eating healthy is the only way to keep weight off long term.

Pippa looks good and she will probably starve herself the rest of her life, really sad.

How is the world did this get started. You could not tell what her butt looked like in her bridesmaids dress. Sure, her shape looked nice but why all this interest in a butt that has not been shown. When she starts showing her butt in skimpy little outfits like Rhinna, then an opinion can be made. Gah..how things get started…

Agreed! I never got what all this fuss about her BUTT was, because I just didn’t notice it!

And no, I’m not saying she doesn’t have a great BODY…because obviously she has a nice shape.
