J-Woww Loses 20 Pounds In 3 Months: Fitness Expert Tells Us How She Did It!

The Jersey Shore star stepped out in Italy with a slammin’ new body and we spoke with a Beverly Hills trainer who reveals how she dropped the lbs!

Jenni “J-Woww” Farley is bikini body ready! The 25-year-old Jersey Shore star is currently in Florence, Italy filming Season Four of the MTV reality show and she hit the town on May 17 with an amazingly toned figure! spoke with Steve Jordan, America’s Fitness Ambassador and he tells us that J-Woww lost 20 pounds!“She looks like she’s lost at least 20 pounds and done a lot of ab work,” Steve says. “Total body movements, high protein diet, low carbs and most likely energy burning drinks or supplements.”

But J-Woww needs to watch out because she and the rest of the cast will be working as an apprentice at Pizzaioli, a locally owned pizzeria in the heart of Florence!

But Steve says not to worry because he has the perfect summer diet for J-Woww!

Breakfast: Egg whites, cottage cheese with yogurt.

Lunch: Chicken or Tuna salad sandwich.

Dinner: Salad with protein and you can alternate on days to switch it up.

Tips: Carbs early in the day, and no carbs Wednesday through Friday because it will make you look leaner and reduces calories, so you are reducing your weight and building more lean muscle. Also, energy burning drinks help increase your metabolism.
