New Mom Mariah Carey FINALLY Takes 'Dem Babies' Home!

The singer must be so relieved, after dealing with a stressful few weeks since Moroccan and Monroe were born!

New parents Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon now get the chance to be proper parents to their tiny twins — who were born prematurely on April 30.

“It was very low key, but the family was surrounded by security from the hospital and personal bodyguards,” a source tells RadarOnline.com. “Nick was very happy to finally have his wife and babies at home.”

The couple still have a battle ahead with California’s child protective services, who are investigating claims Mariah popped pills and drank alcohol while she cared for ‘Roc and ‘Roe in Santa Monica’s UCLA Medical Center.

Nick insists Mariah was just drinking Guinness to help her breastfeed, blaming a mean-spirited member of hospital staff for raising the alarm — but they’re facing at least one more visit from officials before the case can be closed.

Ok i guess you guys didnt see Nick talking about his new comedy show but for the most part it was about Mariah & the twins. No she didnt drink beer, a nurse told them about it. They had several people try to act like hospital staff just to get pics. Nick said he will give the world what they want but on their time. This article whoever wrote this is full of poop. When Tracyj put the comment “why dem babies” it was a joke she was just say why them!!! She wasnt asking why they call them that! Cute traceyj hehe ;)

Um they’ve been home since last saturday which was the twins intended due date but because they were in the Nicu for a week and Mariah had an infection after the C-section which is quite common she and they had to stay in the hospital as a precaution. why should CPS still be investigating the claims against her a few ounces of beer to stimulate breastmilk production isn’t going to hurt Roc & Roe. Mariah should be commended for attempting to do what’s best for her darling babies by nursing them yet she gets thrown under the bus by a nosey nurse and is now at risk of having her babies that she struggled so long to have taken away from her. Cps could be actually doing it’s job and rescuing babies and children that are actually being neglected and abbandoned rather than going after a mother thats doing the right thing. it’s not like Mariah is addicted to pain medication like Elizabeth Taylor was for the better part of 60 years after an on set accident during the filming of National Velvet when she was 12 years old. dem babies was just an affectionate name Mariah & Nick called Roc & Roe during her pregnancy instead of baby A & baby b like doctors do.
