The businesswoman and ‘Celebrity Apprentice’ judge is officially due July 14! Congrats!
Ivanka Trump, 29, tells June’s issue of Harper’s Bazaar magazine that she and husband Jared Kushner, 30, are thrilled to be expecting a little girl. And she’s already in mom-to-be overdrive!
“We have our work cut out for us to ensure that our daughter is grounded and not spoiled,” Ivanka says, adding, “Jared is ecstatic. She’ll be a daddy’s girl. I have a feeling they are going to gang up on me.”
Ivanka is almost too prepared for motherhood, reading every baby book there is and scheduling out her soon-to-be daughter’s future…yes, already.
“I do have a bit of first-time-mom syndrome,” she admits, laughing over the stacks of books on pregnancy, mothering, and early-childhood development she’s assigned herself.
“I’m already on what I should be doing when she is three and when I should introduce new languages,” including French and Mandarin Chinese. Jeez!
Ivanka knows she should just relax a bit until the little girl actually arrives on July 14, but she can’t help but to prepare for what’s ahead.
“I’d love to have three or four kids,” she says. “But my mom always says, ‘Speak to me after you have your first.’”
