Their dad has admitted fathering a love child and his parents are divorcing — but Arnie’s older kids are sticking by their embattled family.
Just hours after Arnold Schwarzenegger revealed he has a secret child with a member of his household staff, 17-year-old Patrick and 21-year-old Katherine took to Twitter in a show of solidarity. And Patrick took the additional step of changing his Twitter name to “Patrick Shriver” — that’s his mom’s maiden name, of course.
Patrick tweeted, “Some days you feel like s**t, some days you want to quit and just be normal for a bit, yet I love my family till death do us apart. #family.”
And Katherine followed up with the message: “This is definitely not easy but I appreciate your love and support as i begin to heal and move forward in life,” she tweeted. “I will always love my family!”
It’s great to see the family is staying tight, under such difficult circumstances. Let’s just hope they’re giving plenty of support to their younger brother Christopher, 13 — and their new step-sibling!

It’s not a step-sibling. It’s a half-sibling because they share a biological parent.
