Eden Says: Tracy Anderson Gets Ashley Greene In Shape! Find Out How YOU Can Too In One Hour A Day!

I sat down with celebrity fitness guru Tracy Anderson to talk about working out, staying motivated and her favorite new product! I want to take this pocket-sized trainer everywhere I go!

Tracy has been developing her own method of working out for over 12 years! When I was invited to meet Tracy and have her show me some moves, I jumped at the chance!

After we chatted, Tracy showed me and a few other lucky ladies a bit of what she does to train her clients. Tracy turned on some heart-pumping tunes and just started to move. Let me confess something before going any further. I am really not very coordinated. Actually, that’s probably an understatement. While I love working out and going to the gym, I think I would lose a dance-off with pre-schooler. Following along as Tracy danced around at the front of the studio was nearly impossible! Luckily we were facing mirrors so I got to see exactly how ridiculous I looked. Note to self: Stop busting out dance moves on the weekends.

Once we were done with our aerobic-like moves, it was time to hit the mat and work our legs. Between balancing moves that clearly required more core strength then I possess and about one trillion leg lifts, I was panting and sweating … and it had only been 20 minutes!

I struggled through the moves, but at least I wasn’t alone. Just about everyone in the room was wiping their brows and shooting one another apologetic looks after many near-miss kicks to the face. Tracy never shouted out instructions, like I’m used to in group fitness classes, so I was constantly trying looking up from the position I was in to see what to do next. At first this felt really confusing, but then I just started listening to the music and the moves flowed more easily!

The next day my glutes were so sore that I practically wanted to stand at my desk all day! At least I know I got a good workout in!

Even though I do work out, just trying a bit of Tracy’s method made me realize how much I really have to learn about fitness! I’m going to start working out with her dvd’s this week, but that’s a post for another day!
