Grandma Teri Macy was inspired to create the BabyNapCap while struggling to get her fourth grandchild to sleep.
Her design combined a hat with a flip-down shade that shuts out light and helps distracted babies drop off to sleep. I’ve tried the BabyNapCap on my 4-month-old baby son Callum — and it works!
I found out about Teri’s product while looking for advice online. Naptime is crucial to Callum’s daily routine, but he hates sleeping during the day because it means he’s missing out on playtime.
I reached out to Teri and she sent me one of her creations to try out.
The genius to the BabyNapCap is its simplicity. A tired and irritable Callum fell asleep within seconds of me slipping it on his head.
It works so well, Teri is in talks with hospitals near her home in southern California to supply NapCaps for their tiny patients!
