Bryan says ‘emotions’ always get in the way — so do not hook up with your friend!
How to Make It in America hunk Bryan Greenberg — who stars in the upcoming romantic comedy Friends with Benefits alongside Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis — knows from experience that it’s not a grand idea to have a friend with benefits scenario.
“I think it always sounds good in theory,” Bryan, 32, tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively. “Because that little thing called emotions gets in the way after a while.”
Bryan’s tried it before. “I’ve had ex-girlfriends where we have broken up. And then we’ve tried the friend thing and we’re like, ‘Oh, the attraction is there, so we can hook up again,'” Bryan explains. “It’s always a bad idea.”
But working on the movie was a delight for Bryan — especially since he got to hang with Justin. “He was super cool, super down to earth — way more down to earth than I expected him to be — which was very surprising,” says Bryan. “He was a nice guy. He was really cool and seemed really focused on the acting thing.”
Bryan also like getting to spend time with Mila. “Mila, all my scenes were with her, she couldn’t be more adorable,” he remembers. “She’s super sweet, super friendly and fun to play with in scenes, willing to improv.”
Bryan, who’s now busy filming the second season of his hit HBO show in NYC, also makes time to give back. Right now, he’s focusing his efforts on The Olevolos Project, a not for not-for-profit organization that works to benefit orphans and disadvantaged children in the Olevolos Village of Tanzania.
If you would like to meet Bryan and help him support this worthy cause, you can purchase tickets to join him at Le Cirque in NCY on May 21 for a brunch to raise money to help the organization to build a new library for these children. Click here to get your tickets!
