Lindsay’s punishment for her probation violation and for her necklace theft came down today.
Lindsay Lohan was just in court — and it looks like she got 120 days in jail. But there’s a twist.
Lindsay pled no contest to the misdemeanor grand theft charges.
Turns out, according to Judge Stephanie Sautner, Lindsay will serve the 120 days under house arrest. Nonetheless, she will still have to report to the LA County Women’s Jail in Lynwood, Calif., which Lindsay is more than familiar with.
She’ll also have to go to shoplifiting school and is already doing her community service.
Lindsay’s DUI probation will end once she finishes her 480 hours of community service, however she is now on three years probation for theft so she has to remain careful.
