'90210' Prom Scoop: Who's Proposing & Who's Being Betrayed Tonight!

The stars give us the inside scoop on what’s going down with your favorite West Bev couples tonight!

It’s been the most dramatic season of 90210 yet, so it’s only natural that months worth of tension should come to a boil at the biggest event of the year — prom! And while we can happily report that no two girls will be wearing the same dress (though I’d love another Brenda vs. Kelly-style battle) we can confirm there will be several major developments on tonight’s episode: One couple will be heading for the altar, while another might be heading for splits-ville!

The proposal:

As crazy as it may sound, one West Bev couple will be changing its status from “in a relationship to “engaged” after tonight’s episode. And unless you’ve managed to avoid all spoilers, you already know who it is: Miz Ivy Sullivan (Gillian Zinser)! But the prom-posal doesn’t come about quite in the way you might expect. In fact, it all starts when Raj (Manish Dayal) proposes a threesome with Ivy and a waitress at prom.

“[The threesome] is Raj’s way of trying to not get too close to Ivy,” Gillian tells us. “He’s trying to protect her from becoming so attached to someone who’s going to ultimately leave her. Ivy’s obviously less than thrilled … and that’s her moment to come forward and tell him how she really feels. … So it’s not a traditional proposal, down on one knee. It’s more like: These are two kids know they won’t be together for long, so why not spend as much time together as possible?”

The betrayal:

And while Ivy and Raj may be finding their happy ending tonight, another West Bev couple will find itself knee-deep in disaster! We chatted with Josh Zuckerman — aka Naomi’s (AnnaLynne McCord) nerdy boy toy, Max — and he told us to expect some serious drama in “Naomax” land.

“There’s a betrayal of a unique kind,” Josh revealed. “One that comes out of care. … Sometimes when you care for someone, you do stupid things.”

Uh-oh… we don’t like the sound of that! The last time someone on the show was betrayed out of “care,” it resulted in Teddy (Trevor Donovan) and Ian (Kyle Riabko) breaking up!

Be sure to catch 90210 at 8 p.m. tonight on The CW to find out what happens!
