Demi Lovato is sharing her inspirational play list with fans! Check out the songs she says get her through the day!

Demi Lovato continues to be an inspiration to her fans. The new-and-improved 18-year-old Disney starlet has committed herself completely to spreading positive messages about bullying, insecurities and other important life issues — and now she has released the seven songs that get her through the day.

“Music has always been a huge part of my life and has helped me some tough times,” Demi wrote on her blog for Seventeen. “Certain songs always give me confidence, put me in a good mood, and inspire me.”
