Amber and Gary so loving outside of court! Are they back together?
Teen Mom star Amber Portwood and her baby daddy Gary Shirley were caught in a makeout session outside of Madison County, Ind., court on May 5 where Amber was appearing for her domestic violence and battery case. The two look so happy — could it be that Amber got good news?
“No plea deal was made today,” a source tells HollyBaby.com exclusively. “Amber’s next hearing is set for Nov. 16 — and she has 60 days to come to a deal, or she will be going to trial.”
Amber, 20, was officially charged on Nov. 18 with domestic violence and battery in a violent incident with her baby daddy, Gary, 24. Under Indiana law, domestic abuse can be considered a felony if a child is present for the abuse — and Amber’s now 2-year-old Leah was in the house!
Gary appeared in court today for the hearing as a witness, another source tells us. And it seems he was also there to lend his on-and-off again girlfriend his loving support!
