This fan video shows K-Stew embracing an admirer in NYC — she’s so grateful to the Twi-Hards!

Kristen Stewart is one of the biggest actresses in Hollywood — but she’s proven she loves her fans above all!

K-Stew, 21, was captured in a YouTube video greeting and hugging an admirer who had been waiting for her outside of the 2011 Met Gala on May 2. Kristen is hurried along, but she went above and beyond by giving her fan some love. Go to about 1:54 on the video to see the meet-and-greet. We can tell she made that girl’s day!
