The actress can’t wait to give birth, so she can meet the ‘active’ little fetus who’s been keeping her so entertained throughout her pregnancy.
Mom-to-be Alyssa Milano, 38, claims her unborn baby son is constantly on the move inside her belly, but he saves his best performances for when mommy’s having an ultrasound scan!
“(He’s) in the really active moving stage,” Alyssa tells People. “Every time I get an ultrasound, he’s doing really funny things like sucking his thumb or elbowing me.”
When it comes to baby names, both Alyssa and husband David Bugliari are keeping mum — although they admit they have a shortlist of five: “We’re not going to settle on a name before we see him.”
Could there be a clue in the names of her five dogs Dodger, Diesel, Lucy, Gibson and Quixie?
Alyssa admits her canine companions are anxiously awaiting the arrival of their new playmate, explaining, “We know that they know already — especially my Australian Shepherds because they kind of sniff at my belly obsessively.”
And the couple is carefully preparing the dogs, so they’re ready to share their space with a baby: “We have everyone in training right now. We’re going to start to work with an empty carriage because I walk my dogs every day by myself, so I want to be able to do that with the baby at the same time. Everyone keeps telling me to make sure that after I give birth, I get that [first] blanket they wrap the baby in and have someone bring it home before we get there so the dogs can smell it.”
How did you prepare your dogs for the new baby?
