Chace is on probation for the next year and has to stay out of trouble with the law if he wants to clear his slate!
Chace was busted June 3 after pot allegedly was found in a car that Chase was in. He has now made a deal for a pretrial diversion program. This means that Chace has to follow certain orders over the next 12 months — if he does this, the charge will gone!
Over the next year, Chace can not be arrested or involved in any criminal activity. He has to complete 24 hours of community service — and meet with a probation officer once a month.
Wow — sounds like he’s doing just what Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans is to clear her drug paraphernalia possession charge.
