Mother Sues Anti-Abortion Group After They Use Her Daughter's Picture On Racist Billboard!

Life Always came under fire for the controversial ad, and the mother of the girl used in the campaign is not happy!

Tricia Fraser is suing the Texas-based anti-abortion group Life Always for a strange reason: they used her 6-year-old daughter’s picture on a giant, racist New York City billboard!

The billboard, which was posted in SoHo in February, depicts Tricia’s black daughter next to the phrase “The most dangerous place for an African-American is in the womb.” The billboard came down quickly after it was deemed offensive to women and minorities, The New York Times reports.

The lawsuit, filed on April 26, calls the billboard racist and the use of the image defamatory. Life Always has not commented on the issue.

What a tasteless billboard — we hope the group loses the suit!

black pepole? lmao we rest our case :p It’s true that most whites really wouldn’t care if it was a white child. If it was one of our own white kids with tattoos and strange hair extensions and obvious tongue rings and piercings, go for it on the billboards. Reproducing should be carefully thought out.

hahahahahaha. that is kinda funny really. is it really accurate though? i thought black women loved having all those babies. it ups the welfare check. in all seriousness though if it was a white child and was referring to a caucasian woman’s womb would people really care? the billboard should have read ” my mom chose life to get that extra $500 a month.”

You Jen, are a dirty dirty dirty dog and deserve what ever punishment is bestowed on you. A person is a person irrespective of their race or culture. As such, everyone is worthy of equal respect. Think before you talk. People like you are the reason that racism still runs so rampant in our society today. How would you feel if someone said that about your child. Hang your head in shame, you disgrace of a human being.

“Jen” I know there are people who do take advantage of the welfare system; however to say that this sign is acceptible, or for that matter that african AMERICAN women are the ones to do that… My God, I would HATE to have your disgusting views on life race and status. You disgust me!
