Russ Says: Pia Toscano, Leave The Diva Attitude To Those That Have Earned It!

The American Idol reject is believing her hype too much lately and acting like a diva when she hasn’t even proven anything yet! Become a successful recording artist FIRST Pia!

Aretha Franklin, Beyonce, Celine Dion, Mariah Carey & Pia Toscano. Take a wild guess who doesn’t fit in that lineup! Pia Toscano is beautiful and talented, but after witnessing her attitude at the US Weekly Hot Hollywood Party at Eden last night, her act is wearing pretty thin. Shortly after singing on Dancing With The Stars to her boyfriend Mark Ballas, she came to the red carpet and refused to talk to anyone, whisking herself into the party with her nose held high and her ego at critical status.

If much more famous stars like Jessica Simpson, Hayden Panettiere and Paris Hilton can stop on the carpet, someone as newly famous as Pia Toscano should relish the media attention she is receiving. But she snubbed every outlet, and she isn’t a big enough star to afford that power quite yet!

This isn’t anything new, as I saw the start of this behavior when I was in the audience of American Idol on April 14, and I saw Pia with two accessories: a $730 dollar Speedy 30 bag from Louis Vuitton and a 300 pound plus bodyguard. Its not a shock that America didn’t buy her gimmick of a pretty ballad singer, people thankfully realized she is a bore. And maybe that’s why she is putting on this diva-type attitude to counteract the lackluster personalty she initially portrayed to the American audiences.

But regardless of what she is trying to prove with this holier-than-thou attitude, maybe she should have a few of her own songs on the Billboard charts and some outstanding record sales before she tries to make us believe her you know what doesn’t stink!

So HollywoodLifers, what are your thoughts? Does Pia deserve to be a diva or should she slow down and actually achieve something before she gets to big for her tight-fitting dresses? Sound off below!
