An insider tells E! News Miley Cyrus is making a cameo during Lauren Alaina’s story package on ‘American Idol’ April 27! Will YOU watch?
Even though she was majorly insulted by Jimmy Levine a couple weeks ago on American Idol, Miley Cyrus has graciously accepted his offer to come coach Lauren Alaina for tonight’s episode, reports E! News.
A few weeks ago when Lauren, 16, chose to sing Miley’s song, “The Climb,” Jimmy shocked the audience by saying she was “a much stronger singer than Cyrus.”
Apparently, Jimmy reached out to Miley, 18, after making his inappropriate remark and she agreed to mentor Lauren on her reported “mid-tempo ballad” this week.
Said the source, “Jimmy apologized and personally asked Miley to come on.”
We can’t wait to see Lauren’s reaction when she meets Miley for the first time — it’s definitely going to be priceless!

well, i think miley herself would be hard pressed to disagree with lovine’s statement- from a purely vocal perspective. this is not an insult to miley, it’s just that lauren’s voice is that pretty. that said, miley is a million times the performer lauren is, of course. miley mentored on AI last year, and it really changed my opinion of her. she was very nice, professional, mature, sincere, and had a lot of very good advice to give.
