Spending all his time around musicians is rubbing off on 7-year-old Ryder, according to his mom Kate’s new movie co-star Colin Egglesfield.
When Ryder Robinson is not with his singer dad Chris Robinson, he’s touring with pregnant Kate and her boyfriend Matt Bellamy‘s band Muse — and all that music is turning Ryder into a moody rocker!
Colin, who stars with Kate in Something Borrowed, tells E!Online, “It was cool having little Ryder running around set. He seems like he’s going to be a poet of some sort. He kind of keeps to himself. He’s got that cool, edgy thing to him. He looks at you, kind of sizes you up. But yeah, I wouldn’t doubt it if he became like his dad.”
Not every mom wants their son to grow up to be a hard-living rocker — but somehow we think Kate would approve!
